Time is Money:
A presentation of two business plans that use new
technology to improve scheduling and delivery of services

Dear Friends:

Please join us as we present the business plans for two firms that are in the forefront of new location-based services. These companies have leveraged several technologies, including Global Positioning Technology (GPS), wireless communications, and the Internet to help other businesses reduce costs and improve on time delivery of their products and services. These business plans are particularly timely as businesses today rely upon increasing mobility of their workforces and a growing emphasis upon customer relationship management.

We look forward to seeing you at this exciting event!

Regards,
Bryan

Navtrak, Inc. is an early-stage wireless communications company that has developed and is marketing a web-enabled service providing operators of commercial fleets with real-time access to their vehicles.  It also reports the location and activities of each vehicle at a particular time.

Navtrak integrates three technologies to enable companies to manage their mobile resources efficiently with location-relevant and time-sensitive information: Global Positioning System technology, wireless cellular communications and the Internet. This combination of technologies creates a product capable of maximizing penetration of the $1 Billion US market for small to mid-sized commercial truck fleet communications and tracking. Navtrak has over 500 customers and provides service for over 7,000 vehicles.

ETAdirectdevelops, markets and operates web-based software solutions which may eliminate the notorious '4 hour wait-window' for appointment based onsite services.  ETAdirect frees customers from the need to wait endlessly at home for an appointment, by notifying them when their appointments will actually occur via personalized, timely, messages.
ETAdirect’s proprietary predictive scheduling and notification technology delivers precise updated appointment times to any communications device, thus offering service providers a competitive edge, improved customer satisfaction and significant cost savings by reducing customer cancellations and rescheduling.
The company has signed its first agreement with a nationwide retail chain to utilize the product, and is currently in late discussions with a large nationwide cable company to implement the ETAdirect solution.
