Mission

The MIT Enterprise Forum builds connections among business leaders and leading technologists through its educational programs about entrepreneurship in its 23 worldwide chapters. Anyone interested in or involved with business, technology, and/or entrepreneurship is welcome to participate in and join in the Enterprise Forum community.

History

Established in 1971 by alumni of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, the MIT Enterprise Forum of New York City, Inc. is open to anyone interested in its programs.

The organization is one of 23 MIT Enterprise Forum chapters throughout the world. Each chapter is directed by a volunteer board whose members donate their time and services. The New York chapter also relies on the efforts of general member volunteers and on sponsors, who are valued for their counsel as well as financial support.
