The MIT Enterprise Forum of New York is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to:

  • Promoting and strengthening the entrepreneurial process.
  • Assisting entrepreneurs and investors in emerging and growth companies that are technologically oriented.

For this purpose, the organization develops educational programs that incorporate networking opportunities for all who attend.

Established in 1971 by alumni of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, the MIT Enterprise Forum of New York City, Inc., is open to anyone interested in its programs.

The organization is one of eighteen MIT Enterprise Forum chapters throughout the world. Each chapter is directed by a volunteer board whose members donate their time and services. The New York chapter also relies on the efforts of general member volunteers and on corporate Benefactors, who are valued for their counsel as well as financial support.
