SHOPPERTUNITY.COM: A BUSINESS PLAN PRESENTATION

Shoppertunity.com is a new business startup with a mission to broadcast the Internet into the 'real-world'. The company is developing an internet-based Closed Content Broadcast Network providing unique connections between consumers, internet-based retailers and content providers. Shoppertunity is building a network that provides customized, internet-enabled marketing channels to significantly enhance the interaction between on-line businesses and their target consumers. It allows traditional brick & mortar locations and on-line businesses to combine the use of the Internet with a physical presence to more effectively compete in the marketplace.

The Shoppertunity Network is similar to closed-circuit television used to broadcast specialized programming. The network is 'closed' because users can only access those content and commerce partners on the network channels making the network valuable to on-line businesses and easier to use for the consumer. The Shoppertunity Network is based on a three-part foundation: 1) E-Stations - customized PC-based Network Terminals located in consumer convenient public spaces such as pharmacies, retail stores and waiting areas; 2) E-Shops - small click & mortar shopping mall boutiques (internet-enhanced shops) where shoppers can enjoy the best of traditional and interactive retail; 3) Shoppertunity.com - access to e-retailing partners and incentive programs outside of the Network Terminals and an easy-to-use starting point for shoppers to find goods and services on-line.

Shoppertunity has already contracted with a pharmacy network manager to install and operate 300 E-Stations in their pharmacies over the next 18-24 months. The Company is currently beta-testing their first terminals and is on schedule to initiate their market test in a NYC region location by February 15, 2000. The Company's business plan calls for exploring multiple markets such as installing E-Stations in doctor and hospital waiting rooms and establishing E-Shops in suburban shopping malls

Miles Flamenbaum, President, and Anthony Schmertz, VP Business Development, will present their innovative plan for their clicks & mortar Broadcast Network. The Company currently seeks its remaining financing to meet short-term objectives.
