Laurence Vigeant-Langlois, Ph.D.

Dr. Vigeant-Langlois is responsible for aircraft portfolio analysis, planning and acquisitions at leading aircraft lessor CIT Aerospace. She previously worked for WSI Corporation as Director Product Management where she grew WSI`s global satellite datalink product line, established key OEM partnerships and won strategic accounts. Before then, she conducted research with the MIT International Center for Air Transportation under grants from NASA and FAA. During and prior to her tenure at MIT, she worked as a commercial pilot flying Learjets across North America. She has lectured at MIT and McGill University and authored articles on air traffic and airline management, humans & automation and aviation safety. She has been invited to industry panels including the National Business Aviation Association and has appeared on TV5, the International French Channel. Laurence earned PhD and SM in Aeronautics and Astronautics from MIT and a BEng from McGill University. Her work has been recognized by awards from NASA, ESA and the governments of Quebec and Canada. She is a certified commercial multi-engine, instrument pilot and sailplane instructor. She serves as Board member and Chair of the Sponsorship Committee of the MIT Enterprise Forum of New York City.

Jill J. Wittels, Ph.D.

Dr. Jill Wittels is Corporate Vice President, Business and Technology Strategy at L-3 Communications, whom she joined in February 2001 as Corporate Vice President, Business Development. Dr. Wittels has nearly 30 years of management, engineering and leadership experience. Prior to L-3 Communications, Dr. Wittels worked for 21 years with BAE Systems and its predecessor companies, including Lockheed Martin, Loral and Honeywell. Most recently, she served as Vice President and General Manager of BAE Systems` Information and Electronic Warfare Systems/Infrared and Imaging Systems Division. Dr. Wittels began her industrial career at Honeywell as a systems engineer. Prior to industry, she served as a Congressional Fellow for the American Physical Society, a research associate at Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a senior visiting scientist for the National Academy of Sciences.
Dr. Wittels received a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from MIT in 1970 and a PhD in Physics from MIT in 1975. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Department of Energy`s Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory, is a member of the American Physical Society and a member of the American Astronomical Society. Dr. Wittels presently serves on the Board of Directors of Innovative Micro Technologies Inc.
Joe C. Parrish

Mr. Parrish joined Aurora Flight Sciences in October 2007, and currently serves as Vice President Research & Development, managing a portfolio of technology development programs in Aurora`s Research & Development Center in Cambridge, MA. From 2002 to 2007, Mr. Parrish was the President of Payload Systems Inc. in Cambridge, MA, a small aerospace engineering company focused on terrestrial and spaceflight technology development for government, industry, and academic customers. From 1990 to 2002, Mr. Parrish was employed by NASA in Washington, DC. During his tenure at NASA, Mr. Parrish held positions of responsibility for space station assembly and maintenance planning, space telerobotic system development, and planetary exploration mission development. His final assignment at NASA was in the Office of Space Science at NASA Headquarters, where he was the Program Executive for the Mars Science Laboratory, Mars Scouts, and Mars Sample Return missions, as well as several key technologies for planetary exploration. Prior to joining NASA, Mr. Parrish was employed as a senior engineer at Booz-Allen & Hamilton and at Oceaneering Space Systems, providing technical consulting and system engineering for space and underwater applications.
Mr. Parrish holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Aeronautics and Astronautics from MIT, with academic and research emphasis on space systems, automation and robotics, and on-orbit assembly and maintenance. Mr. Parrish has received several career awards, including the DeFlorez Prize, the NASA Exceptional Service Medal, the NASA Group Achievement Award, and the NASA Exceptional Performance Award.

Mr. Dyment leads NEXA Capital Partners, a corporate finance advisory firm with a focus on Value-Based Management, where people, processes, and systems are aligned to continuously increase enterprise value and achieve corporate finance objectives. A highly experienced aerospace and defense industry consultant and trusted financial advisor to top management, he has over 30 years experience with both commercial and government projects. Within all client assignments, he assumes client-handling responsibility, working with senior management to design programs having measurable and sustained impact upon their value-creation objectives.
Prior to joining NEXA Mr. Dyment was Senior Managing Director with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, responsible for key aerospace and defense industry clients. He was also an Officer and Vice President of the Transportation Practice of A.T. Kearney, Inc. From 1996 to 2002 he served in the business consulting unit of Arthur Andersen LLP, where he was the managing partner of its global Aviation Industry Practice. In the early 1990`s he was a Principal with Booz Allen & Hamilton, Inc. and led its Washington DC based Civil Aviation Practice, a unit of the worldwide technology business. He speaks widely on aerospace matters, and his opinion is regularly sought by the media. He has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal, the International Herald Tribune, the Financial Times and the Los Angeles Times, for example. He contributes to stories in Forbes, Wired Magazine and Business Week, and is a guest on CNN, MSNBC, CBS and ABC where he regularly offers insights on U.S. transportation and aviation industry matters. He holds a Master of Science in Aeronautics and Astronautics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Hoyt Davidson

Mr. Davidson is the founder and Managing Member of Near Earth LLC. Previously, he was a Managing Director in the Telecomm Group at Credit Suisse First Boston. Mr. Davidson`s investment banking career began in 1987 as an associate and one of only approximately 100 bankers at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. He was part of the phenomenal growth and success of DLJ to over 1,000 bankers by the time of its acquisition by CSFB in 2000.
At DLJ, Hoyt Davidson was a co-founder of the firm`s Space Finance Group, Wall Street`s first dedicated industry coverage group for the satellite industry. Mr. Davidson was one of two Managing Directors of the Space Finance Group. The group raised over $25 billion for satellite related entities and held a number one market share for several years. Prior to investment banking, Hoyt Davidson was a Senior Research Engineer in the Space Systems Division of Lockheed Missiles and Space Company before leaving to get his MBA at MIT`s Sloan School. Mr. Davidson also earned his undergraduate degree in Physics from MIT.
