Gail took leadership of Constant Contact in April 1999, where she has led the company's growth to more than 150,000 customers worldwide. Gail is a seasoned software executive with senior management, marketing, product management, business development, and management consulting experience at Open Market, Progress Software Corporation, Dun & Bradstreet Corporation Software, and Bain & Co.
Gail is a frequent speaker at industry events. She also sits on the board of directors for many firms, including chairman of the board of directors at Constant Contact, member of the board of trustees of the Massachusetts Software Council, steering committee member of the ESPC (Email Sender and Provider Coalition), member of The Massachusetts Chapter of the National Federation of Independent Businesses, and member of the Massachusetts Technology Leadership Council.
Gail holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Business Administration degree from Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth.

Jonathan Goldstein is Managing Director of TA Associates, one of the oldest and largest private equity firms in the world. Based in their Boston office since 1986, Jonathan's focus is healthcare, technology, and service-based businesses. He sits on the boards of a number of healthcare and technology companies, as well as the New England Venture Capital Association and the Executive Committee of the Board of Associates of the Whitehead Institute for Biomedical Research, and the New England Venture Capital Association. Jonathan received bachelor's degrees in biology and chemical engineering, and a master's in biochemical engineering from MIT, and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

In 1997, Jonathan Bush co-founded athenahealth as a women's health practice management company. Today, athenahealth has emerged as the leading provider of on-demand business services to medical groups and operates the largest national physician network in the United States, helping to bring process integrity to the delivery and payment of medical care. In September 2007, athenahealth's highly anticipated and publicized IPO debuted on the NASDAQ and had the single best debut of any company in the country with a 97percent gain on the first day. Since then, the company's share price has risen 125 percent from its debut.
Jonathan and his company have been profiled in well-respected publications such as Fortune Magazine, Fast Company, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Red Herring and BusinessWeek as well as regularly appearing on national broadcast outlets like CNBC and Fox News.
Before athenahealth, Bush was an EMT for the City of New Orleans, a combat medic in the U.S. Army, and a managed care strategy consultant for Booz-Allen & Hamilton. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors from Wesleyan University and a master's degree with distinction in business administration from the Harvard Business School. He is currently a term member of the Council on Foreign Relations, trustee of the Farm School, and father of five children.
