IntraLinks:
A Case Study

What's involved in starting and growing a company that aspires to greatness?
This fundamental question was addressed by representatives of IntraLinks's management team and advisers in a candid look back. Founded in 1996, IntraLinks provides Internet-based document management and communication services to financial institutions. IntraLoan, the company's first vertical application, is designed to provide authorized users with access to a transaction through their existing Internet connection and browser software without additional hardware or software. IntraAgency, its second product, allows banks to syndicate loans and to monitor loan activity throughout the life of a loan.
Institutional Investor has cited IntraLinks as one of the top twenty companies revolutionizing on-line finance. IBM Corporation, Lotus Development Corp., Lante Corporation, Surety Technologies, Inc., and Securities Data Company are among the company's business partners.
