MIT ENTERPRISE FORUM OF NEW YORK CITY, INC.
presents
A Business Plan Presentation:
PreClick Corporation
100 Free digital prints for all attendees who join dotPhoto, a $50 Value
Digital photography is mainstreaming. Digital cameras will penetrate 50% of US homes by 2005, driven by annual sales growth that exceeds 30% worldwide. Meanwhile, the photo-finishing industry, a $30 billion segment of the $100 billion imaging market, now recognizes that as customers become digital, processing revenue concurrently drops 90%.
PreClick technology provides the customer relationship bridge between photo-finishers and digital photographers. For photo-finishers, PreClick will increase revenue per customer by making it convenient and efficient to order prints and services via the software which functions as a "kiosk in the home." For photographers, PreClick is the first easy to use product that solves their needs to organize, preserve, print and share digital photos as Lifetime Assets (TM).
PreClick Corporation, a digital asset management software company formed in September 2001, will earn its first revenue based on its 1.0 product, the 5-Star(tm) Photo Organizer, in October 2002. PreClick's purpose is to anticipate and serve the needs of digital photographers by providing the fastest and easiest software to organize, preserve, print and share digital photos. PreClick's business mission is to cost-effectively and rapidly build the world's largest installed base of digital photographers. The 1.0 product will be marketed and distributed by photo-processors and retailers
Brian Smiga, CEO, will present PreClick. Glenn Paul, CEO of Dotphoto (www.dotphoto.com), a partner of PreClick, will present the 100 Free prints to all attendees. The PreClick 5Star Organizer can be installed in under two minutes at: www.smiga.com/dotPhotoViewerSetup.exe
