ETAdirect develops, markets and operates web-based software solutions which may eliminate the notorious '4 hour wait-window' for appointment based onsite services. ETAdirect frees customers from the need to wait endlessly at home for an appointment, by notifying them when their appointments will actually occur via personalized, timely, messages.
ETAdirectÃs proprietary predictive scheduling and notification technology delivers precise updated appointment times to any communications device, thus offering service providers a competitive edge, improved customer satisfaction and significant cost savings by reducing customer cancellations and rescheduling.
The company has signed its first agreement with a nationwide retail chain to utilize the product, and is currently in late discussions with a large nationwide cable company to implement the ETAdirect solution.
